All of our one to one lessons are priced at £19.50 per half an hour or £39 per hour
BIANCA - PIANO
Bianca has been playing piano for 16 years and recently graduated with First Class Honours in Piano Performance from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. She loves performing both as a soloist and alongside singers and instrumentalists. In May 2025, she premiered a new piece for piano and orchestra by composer James Sharif with the Romantic Revival Orchestra at the CBSO Centre.
Alongside performing, Bianca has been teaching one-to-one piano lessons for the past 5 years. From January to May 2024, she was a mentor at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Junior Department, leading performance classes and working with piano students.
Bianca loves teaching Classical music, but she’s confident working with a variety of styles and genres. She will help you reach your goals while making sure you have fun and enjoy the music you’re playing. In your lessons, she’ll help you improve your piano skills and can support you in preparing for graded exams, performances or simply playing for enjoyment!
POLINA - PIANO
Polina is a pianist with over 10 years of experience and a composition graduate from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She has performed solo as well as in classical and contemporary music groups. As a composer, Polina's work ranges from solo piano to orchestral music, and in 2021 she was highly commended in the BBC Young Composer Competition. Her teaching style is patient, flexible, and creative, helping students improve their technical skills, develop a strong musical ear, and build confidence in their playing. Whether you're working towards graded exams, preparing for a performance, or learning for enjoyment, she tailors each lesson to your goals while encouraging you to explore and have fun along the way.
KAT - PIANO
Kat is one of our newest yet most popular teachers here at The Bop Shop. She began singing and playing piano at just 9 years old so already has almost 15 years of playing experience behind her. In more recent years has completed a BMus Honours in Music at the University of Surrey, within which she studied a mix of Theory, Composition, Collaboration and Performance on both vocals and piano. Kat has performed live across the country for almost a decade, and her favourite genres lie with Pop, Indie and Film music. As for tuition, Kat is confident in teaching both ABRSM and Trinity syllabi and within her 5 years of teaching experience, has taught students of all ages! Within your lessons with Kat she will make sure you have fun and are engaged whilst improving your piano skills!
